Per evitare gli sprechi bisogna prima ridurre l'imposizione fiscale. Il governo prodi continua ad aumentarla.
Capiamoci, con l'assalto dei ceti parassitari ai risparmi dei lavoratori (le rendite finanziarie) il passaggio è epocale: nessun governo, anche ferocemente statalista, in passato era mai arrivato a tanta iniquità. Per impadronirsi dei nostri risparmi non si accontentano più dell'inflazione, oggi l'attacco espropriativo contro i risparmi degli Italiani è diretto, frontale e pesantissimo: aumento, quasi raddoppio dell' imposta sostitutiva, che, si badi bene, e lo ripeto, è per sua struttura e per base imponibile molto più pesante e vessatoria, a parità di aliquota percentuale, della normale imposta sul reddito, con la quale in troppi, per ignoranza o malafede, la confondono. All’esproprio dei risparmi seguirà, già annunciato, l’attacco fiscale agli immobili, facilmente attuabile attraverso una revisione al rialzo delle rendite catastali. E, una volta tartassati risparmi e case, troveranno qualcos’altro da tassare, che so, i balconi (già ci hanno provato!), o i cessi dei laboratori degli artigiani, o le bottiglie di acqua minerale, o i cani e i gatti che ci teniamo in casa, in un’infinita pauperizzazione, un infinito asservimento di chi lavora e produce, di chi non è dei loro. Se non li fermiamo ora non li fermeremo più. Per questo la battaglia in difesa dei nostri risparmi va combattuta fino in fondo, questa "linea del Piave" non deve essere sfondata.
PERCHE’ NON AUMENTARE LA TASSAZIONE SULLE RENDITE FINANZIARIE
Consideriamo la seguente ipotesi. Ho 10.000 euro di sudati risparmi, ci compro un BOT che mi rende il 4% annuo lordo, ovvero 400 euro. L’inflazione, cioè la perdita di valore, di potere d’acquisto dei miei risparmi causata dall’aumento dei prezzi, è anch’essa del 4% all’anno. Quindi i miei risparmi si svalutano di 400 euro ogni anno. Calcoliamo:
400 euro di rendimento meno 400 euro d’inflazione uguale 0.
L’inflazione è una tassa, anzi, è il più pesante e subdolo tributo che lo stato ci impone, quindi il mio rendimento di 400 euro mi è già stato tutto mangiato dall’inflation tax.
Ma non basta: su tutti i 400 euro di rendimento lordo nominale devo pagare allo stato anche l’imposta sostitutiva, oggi del 12,5%, proprio quell’imposta che vogliono ora quasi raddoppiare portandola al 20%. Calcolandola ancora al 12,5% è: 400*12,5/100= 50 euro.
Quindi, partendo dai 10.000 euro di risparmi iniziali e considerando il loro reale potere d’acquisto:
400 euro di rendimento - 400 euro d’inflation tax - 50 euro di imposta sostitutiva = - (meno!) 50 euro.
La mia inaudita “rendita” finanziaria da ricco speculatore è negativa, ci ho rimesso 50 euro regalando ben 450 euro allo stato.
Ma tutti sappiamo che l’inflazione reale è ben superiore al 4% ufficiale, siamo in realtà oltre il 10% annuo. Divertitevi voi a conteggiare la mia inaudita rendita calcolando l’inflazione reale…
Non sono stato chiaro? Allora consideriamo questa seconda ipotesi.
Dieci anni fa, nel 1998, con 150.000 euro ci compravo un bell’appartamento semicentrale. Non l’ho comprato e ho investito in BOT e fondi a basso rischio. Coi rendimenti ottenuti (al netto dell’imposta sostitutiva pagata su di essi) in dieci anni sono arrivato a 200.000 euro. Oggi ho bisogno di comprarmi un appartamento: guardo il mercato degli immobili e vedo che con i miei 200.000 euro ci compro sì e no un bilocale in periferia.
Domando: passando, grazie ai rendimenti nominali, in dieci anni, dai 150.000 euro del 1998 ai 200.000 euro di oggi, mi sono arricchito o mi sono impoverito?
I 50.000 euro di rendita netta decennale mi hanno compensato della svalutazione dei miei risparmi causata dall’inflation tax? Ovviamente NO.
Per comprare quel bell’appartamento semicentrale che nel 1998 mi costava tutti i miei 150.000 euro oggi mi occorrono 300.000 euro (che non ho).
Facendo due conti:
150.000 euro di costo nel 1998 (e di risparmi iniziali) + 50.000 euro di rendita netta decennale - 300.000 euro di costo attuale = - (meno!) 100.000 euro.
Oltre all’imposta sostitutiva pagata nel decennio, ho regalato altri 100.000 euro di inflation tax allo stato, e mi sono drasticamente impoverito.
Devo pagare ulteriori tasse?
